Capacitech started with a simple question: why do supercapacitors, despite their incredible performance advantages, remain so difficult to deploy?

Founded by engineers in 2016 who spent years solving power quality challenges for national labs and critical infrastructure, we saw the problem clearly. Supercapacitor technology delivered millisecond response and exceptional power density, but legacy vendors offered only cabinet-based systems requiring concrete pads, cranes, and months of permitting. The technology was powerful but impractical. We built Capacitech to change that. Today, our modular C-Link supercapacitor systems mount on walls, fences, or cable trays, installing in days with a single technician. We've made supercapacitor technology practical for data centers managing AI workloads, utilities integrating renewables, and microgrids Serving massive, dynamic, commercial and industrial loads. Our mission remains the same: deliver plug-and-play systems that eliminate power quality problems before they cause downtime or damage.
